Continued focus on the processes

The CRISP workgroup continues to focus on finalizing processes within the workflow:  what actions open a step, what happens within the step (questions answered, documents uploaded, etc.), and what happens when the step is completed (who is notified, where the information is sent, which steps are opened next).

Building the workflow is challenging the workgroup to thoroughly examine current processes and find improvements by eliminating waster, for example signatures and/or documents.
